How to Clear Your Browser Cache

When accessing the Demoboost application right after it was updated with the latest goodies, your web browser might still use the old version stored in its memory. This is called caching - while it's useful to make the pages load faster, it can cause some issues due to the incompatibility of the older version with our servers.

Fortunately, it's very easy to clear the cache and make sure you're using the latest version.

Please perform the following steps to clear your application cache and cookies.


Note: This will log you out of the Demoboost app! Make sure you remember your credentials before performing these steps - otherwise, you'll have to go through the password recovery flow.

Step 1: Click on the Settings icon next to the web address bar.

Step 2: Choose Cookies and site data.

Step 3: Click on Manage on-device site data.

Step 4: Click on the Trash icon under app.demoboost.com, then click on Done.

Step 5: Right-click anywhere on the page and choose Inspect.

Step 6: Right-click on the Refresh button and choose Empty cache and hard reload.

This will clear your browser of all the leftovers from the old version, forcing it to load in the new one.
