- Sometimes, you might need to capture screens from software that isn't publicly available yet, such as local HTML documents or locally hosted applications. If you try to do this using Demoboost, you may encounter an issue.
As you can see, you're unable to select a demo in which to add the screen. Fortunately, there is a straightforward solution.
- Right-click the Demoboost extension's icon and click on Manage Extension.
- Enable the Allow access to file URLs option.
- This will enable you to capture local web pages.
