How to use Digital sales rooms
Step 1: Create a New Digital sales room
- Log in to your Demoboost account.
- Select a Digital sales room template
- Customize the room by uploading product demos, presentations, or documents that are relevant to the sale.
Step 2: Share the Digital sales room with Prospects
- Generate a unique URL that you can share with your prospects.
- Once your Digital sales room is set up, share the link via email, chat, or any other communication platform.
- Configure the access settings, including password protection or setting time limits on the room.
Step 3: Engage with Prospects in Real-Time
- Prospects can interact with the uploaded demos and materials at their convenience.
- The commenting tool allows prospects to leave feedback or ask questions directly on specific demo elements.
Step 4: Track Customer Engagement
- Open the Dashboard to see which parts of your content the prospect interacted with the most.
- Track important metrics such as views, time spent and clicks on different sections of the Digital sales room.
- Notifications will alert you when a prospect engages with your content, allowing for timely follow-up.
Step 5: Analyze Data and Refine Your Approach
- Use the data from the analytics dashboard to gain insights into the prospect’s behavior.
- Identify what content they found most valuable and use this to guide your follow-up strategy.
- Use the engagement data to improve future Digital sales rooms and refine the sales approach based on what works best.
