Comments in Demos

  • Comments provide a way for demo viewers to communicate with you without leaving the demo. While viewing an on-demand demo, viewers can post messages that will be visible to future viewers. This feature is valuable for gathering feedback and addressing frequently asked questions. You will also receive email notifications for new comments (refer to the guide about Notifications).

Effortlessly kickstart your journey with our beginner-friendly guides!

Here's a breakdown of this feature:

Step 1: First, ensure that the comments feature is enabled for your demo. To do this, go to your Demos page and open the Demo Details of the demo on which you'd like to receive comments.

Step 2: Click on the three-dot button next to Present Live and choose Settings.

Step 3: Make sure the Comments toggle is switched on.

Step 4: Now, let's see how viewers can post a comment when watching an on-demand demo. They can expand the toolbar in the bottom-right corner.

Step 5: Once the toolbar is expanded, they can click the '... Comments button.

Step 6: This will open the Comments window where they can send their message.

Step 7: When a comment is posted, you'll receive an email notification, enabling you to quickly respond to the user.
