Bosch decided to bring together sales teams from all departments and business units  into a single platform, Salesforce. This migration was a massive undertaking, and Bosch provided extensive training for their salespeople. They had about 30 trainers to help onboard their sales teams through webinars and in-person meetings. Some trainers even traveled around the world to support the onboarding journey.
